ProMate includes 16 modules in the field of production engineering under our own ownership. The development of this software started in 2019 in the form of a first construction contract with the National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC). The development of this software will be completed by the end of 2023. According to the ownership right of the software, it is possible to sell licenses in each module you need.In this software, there are many features such as recording all operation data, estimating operation cost, predicting existing problems such as sand production and well instability, predicting the behavior of reservoir pressure and production in the future, calculating required parameters in different operations such as perforating, cementing, and logging. You can see a complete schematic of wells and display the data of all operations in the schematic.
The wellbore stability is evaluated using 1D-MEM model, fluid properties, wellbore geometry and different failure criteria such as Mohr-Coulomb, Mogi-Coulomb, Drucker-Prager, and Modified Lade. Potential well problems can also be detected based on offset well problems.
DETAILS BACKThis module provides a continuous process of pressure data in terms of production data (gas or oil or water production), using a combination of reservoir pressure data, the pressure calculation function and the P/Z line. Based on this process, it is possible to estimate the initial gas volume in the reservoir (GIIP).
DETAILS BACKThis module enables the user to obtain a meaningful trend of total production at the field, asset, or reservoir level. This module can estimate the field characteristics or the production rate of a new well based on existing well production using P-value distribution rates.
DETAILS BACKThis module finds potential or existing problems, evaluates operational fluids, and improves hydrocarbon recovery of all kinds of wells. An innovative interpretative analysis system recommends the best actions in different operations such as drilling, clean-up, completion, workover, and treatment.
