Our project focuses on bringing advanced data-driven intelligence to drilling operations through three integrated modules. First, we perform comprehensive risk assessment during the planning stage by analyzing historical offset wells, enabling safer and more informed decision-making before drilling begins. Next, our system provides early prediction of potential failures in real time using mud logging data, helping operators detect anomalies and prevent costly downtime. Finally, we deliver ROP (Rate of Penetration) prediction and optimization, leveraging mud logging data to maximize drilling efficiency and reduce operational costs. Together, these modules form a powerful toolkit for smarter, safer, and more efficient drilling.
